Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan, “Bagaimana Demonstrasi Kuasa Roh Kudus Dalam ibadah Gereja Pentakosta Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian deskriptif menggunakan bentuk kualitatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman observasi dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi peribadahan pentakosta yang lebih mengedepankan peran serta Roh Kudus dan karyanya dalam setiap peribadahan yang meliputi pujian penyembahan, doa-doa, penyampaikan Firman Tuhan dan manifestasi dari kuasa Roh Kudus dalam setiap ibadah. Roh Kudus dilihat sebagai syarat mutlak yang harus ada dalam setiap peribadatan. Hal ini terjadi karena memang peribadahan pentakosta yang selalu menekankan campur tangan Roh Kudus sebagai faktor terpenting dan syarat mutlak dalam peribadahan.

CHALLENGES OF CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS EDUCATION ON THE IMPACT OF DEVICE TECHNOLOGY ON CHILDREN

This research is motivated by the misuse of gadget technology in children today, which has a negative impact on children as learners. From this impact, it becomes a challenge for Christian religious education in instilling teaching values, which are based on the Bible. The purpose of this study is to recognize the challenges and efforts experienced by Christian religious education today, in instilling Christian teaching values in children. This research used qualitative methods, with data collection stages using participatory observation and questionnaire distribution. Analyzing the information using Creswell's method, which is processed systematically starting from preparing data, reading all data, conducting coding, sorting themes, describing data and forming data. The results of this study show that the development of gadget technology has a negative impact on children. This impact causes individualistic (introverted) behavior, instant lifestyle, and disrespectful attitudes due to the use of online games and social media. This is a challenge for Christian religious education, whose purpose is to instill Christian teaching values. These challenges cannot be resisted or avoided, one way is for teachers, parents, churches (Sunday schools) and children's environment to work together in minimizing the impact of this technology. Another effort made by PAK at school is to align education with the times through technology-based learning media. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the challenges that arise as a result of the development of gadget technology cannot be avoided by Christian religious education.

Efforts that can be made in an effort to instill the value of Christian religious education are by using the technology of the device, as a learning medium that helps convey the purpose of PAK, namely instilling Christian teaching values in order to form spirituality and morality in children.

In this paper the author discusses piety and holiness of life as a condition of preaching the gospel for evangelicals. To be able to describe what the research objectives are, the author uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative form. The research techniques used were observation techniques and documentation techniques with data collection tools in the form of observation guidelines and literature study, and to maintain credibility, the authors used authentic and published literature. From the research results, it is found that in evangelical circles, godliness and holiness of life are seen as absolute requirements that must be possessed in the preaching of the gospel of the Kingdom of God. Before going to preach the gospel, a person must live in a godly and holy life, this is important because in preaching the gospel the role of the Holy Spirit is very urgent. The holy spirit will only use a person to be His instrument in reaching the soul if you have a life of pleasure.

This study aims to determine and describe, how the role of parents and Sunday school teachers in the spiritual development of children in the Evangelical Christian Church of Nusantara Sekota Pekanbaru. This study uses a descriptive method using a qualitative method. The research technique used is observation and documentation with data collection tools in the form of observation guidelines and direct interviews with informants. From the results of the study, it was found how the role of parents and Sunday school teachers in teaching children's spiritual development. From the results of interviews and observations made by researchers on parents and Sunday school teachers at the Evangelical Christian Church of Nusantara Sekota Pekan Baru, it turns out that parents and Sunday school teachers have not fully carried out their roles well, so not all children can understand and understand well. In addition, parents and Sunday school teachers have not fully been able to become role models for children, there are still parents and Sunday school teachers who have not carried out their roles well. This is triggered by the busyness of parents so that they do not spend time with their children, besides that Sunday school teachers are still often unprepared in teaching so that teaching is only modest and without sufficient preparation. It can be concluded that the Spirituality of Sunday School children is strongly influenced by parents and Sunday School teachers who teach Christian Religious Education to children.
